Youth Encounter Quake

The seventh and eighth graders spent the weekend of February 12-14 in Huron, Ohio attending the Youth Encounter Quake.  The inspirational weekend was centered around the bible verse Micah 6:8—“He has shown you what is good; and what does the LORD require of you, but to DO justly, to LOVE mercy, and to WALK humbly with your God.  The kids attended several worship services, different workshops, as well as had some fun at the dance and playing games.  They had fun and all grew in their faith and love of Christ!

Rummage Sale News….
This year the Rummage Sale is March 7th – 13th. This is when we transform the Community Room into a showcase amazing treasures!!  You won’t want to miss it!! Please sign up on the Golden Rod sheet in your bulletin or contact Diane.  We will begin receiving your treasures at noon on March 7th until 8:00 pm on Tuesday, March 9th.  We need help sorting, pricing and selling.  We have a job for everyone!!  The money generated from this rummage sale supports the work camp trip.  This year it will take us to Midland, Michigan.  Clean out your closets, drawers, attics, garages and sheds.  Questions or comments see Diane.
